KENT HOLBERT - REGIONAL DIRECTOR

Kent Holbert is a Director of Texas Student Resources, Inc., founder of Diversified Insurance Services, and Managing Partner of K & J Insurance Services, LP.
Kent attended East Texas State University (now Texas A&M University - Commerce) and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science degree.
Kent has 44 years of experience in the insurance field and 27 years of service as a Student Insurance Representative. He is a Licenced Insurance Consultant (LIC) specializing in Student/Athletic Accident Insurance. Kent currently serves over 150 school districts in Texas and Arkansas.
An East Texas native, Marion brings 50 years of Student/Athletic Insurance experience to the team. As a former athlete and coach, Marion is very familiar with the requirements of school districts, coaches and athletic directors when addressing student insurance expectations.
Marion received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from East Texas State University where as a student athlete he played the positions of quarterback and punter on the ETSU football team. His career continued serving as a high school and college teacher/coach.
Marion began his second career with Student Athletic Insurance in 1969 as a part-time summer employee. Upon Marion’s retirement as the Head Football Coach at Kilgore College in 1997, Marion became a full-time agent with Student/Athletic Insurance.
Marion’s years of experience, expertise, and attention to detail has earned him the unique title of “Dean of Student Insurance” in Texas.
Keith Cargile is owner of Cargile Financial Services. He holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science from East Texas State University. Keith is a board member for the YMCA of Arlington Texas and is founder of the Arlington ISD Parent Involvement Program. He serves on the board for the River Legacy Foundation, served as the Booster Club president for Shackelford Junior High School, member of the Rotary Club of Arlington, and the Red Cross Board of Directors.
Keith has over 36 years in the insurance industry. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter-CLU, and specializes in Student Accident Insurance representing and servicing over 100 plus schools in Texas and Arkansas.

Kelly Mendez- MARKETING DIRECTOR
Kelley Mendez is the owner of Mendez Insurance Services, PLLC. In 2019 WBENC recognized Mendez Insurance Services as a National Women's Business Enterprise. Kelley is a graduate of Texas A&M University earning a Bachelor of Communication. She was a teacher and coach for 7 years before becoming a Student Insurance Agent. She is also on the leadership team for Mothers of Young Children at her local church in Katy, Texas and volunteers for the Fort Bend County Library system.
Sarah Alderman- ASSISTANT REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Sarah Alderman is the owner of S Alderman Management, LLC. In 2020 WBENC recognized S Alderman Management LLC as a National Women's Business Enterprise. Sarah is an Insurance Broker with Diversified Insurance and a Financial Advisor with JBA Financial Services, Investment Advisor Representative of SagePoint Financial, Inc. Sarah is a graduate of Bentley University . She is an active member in her community serving on the Hunt County Regional Medical Hospital Board, volunteering her time at charity events, serving community groups benefitting children and families and Commerce ISD. She and her husband Charlie are active members of First Baptist Church in Commerce. They have 2 wonderful children, and enjoy traveling in their free time.
